ABOUT ME

My Story

Yoga has been apart of my life for over 5 years now and my practice has helped me build strengh, flexibility and discipline both on and off of my mat. Yoga encourages me to make healthy choices and decisions and inspires me to live in a mindful way.
I completed my 200 hour teacher training at the Vancouver School of Yoga and my 500 hour advanced teacher training at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts under the tutelage of Rebekka Walker. My knowledge and experience grew considerably from the wisdom I recieved my from teachers and I will remain forever grateful for everything they have shared with me.
In my teachings I enjoy using a subtle and creative use of humour, a mindful use of biomechanical principles and a fiery encouragement to flow through my sequencings. I seek to bring about an increase in bodily awareness, inspiration and wisdom both on and off the mat.
